I have been emotionally abusing my partner
I've been with my girlfriend for 3 years. I constantly gaslight her, make her apologize for things I did wrong, and twist her words. She thinks she's going crazy and has started doubting her own memory. She still loves me and tries so hard to make things work. I know what I'm doing is wrong but it's become a habit I can't break. She has no idea I'm doing it on purpose. I feel like a monster but I also feel powerful. I don't know how to stop or if I even want to. This is destroying her and I know it.
