The Truth or Dare game got too real
We were playing truth or dare at my best friend's birthday party. Everyone was drunk and laughing. When it was my turn, my friend dared me to tell the biggest secret I was hiding from the group. I looked at her and said... I slept with your boyfriend last year. The room went completely silent. She just stared at me and said 'What did you just say?' She started crying and screaming at both of us. Her boyfriend tried to explain but she kicked everyone out. That was 8 months ago. She blocked me on everything and our entire friend group cut me off. I lost my best friend, my social circle, and my reputation in one night. I still think about that moment every single day. I ruined everything for a stupid dare.
