I faked a pregnancy to keep my boyfriend
My boyfriend was about to break up with me. I panicked and told him I was pregnant. He completely changed and proposed the next week. We've been engaged for 4 months now and he's been the most supportive person. He talks about the baby every day and has already started buying things. The problem is... I'm not actually pregnant. I've been faking symptoms and doctor's visits for months. I keep saying I had a miscarriage scare or complications. He's been taking such good care of me. I don't know how to tell him the truth without losing him forever. The guilt is destroying me.
