I faked my own death online for attention
I was feeling ignored by my friends and family so I created a fake post saying I died in a car accident. I used a friend's account to share it. People who hadn't spoken to me in years started posting emotional messages and crying. After 5 days I 'came back' saying it was a hack. Some people were relieved but others were angry and said I was sick for doing that. A few friends stopped talking to me completely. I still feel ashamed about it. I was just lonely and wanted attention but I went too far. Some relationships never recovered.
