I secretly record private conversations with my family
I record almost every conversation I have with my parents and siblings. I keep the files in a hidden folder on my computer. I tell myself it's for 'evidence' in case they ever turn against me or I need to prove something. They have no idea. They still trust me completely and tell me their secrets. I have hours of audio saved. I know this is paranoid and wrong but I can't stop. The guilt is there but the feeling of having 'proof' makes me feel safe. I don't know why I started doing this.
