I secretly read my wife's journal and use it against her
I found my wife's journal and started reading it in secret. She writes her deepest thoughts and fears there. I bring up things she wrote as if she told me herself. I use her insecurities against her during arguments. She has no idea how I know these things. She thinks she's losing her mind and that she's the one who told me. She trusts me completely. I feel like a monster for doing this but it gives me power in our relationship. The guilt is growing but I can't stop reading it. This is destroying her mentally.
