I told my best friend her boyfriend was cheating (he wasn't)
I wanted my best friend's boyfriend for myself. I started telling her that I saw him with other girls and that he was probably cheating. I made up stories and showed her fake screenshots. She broke up with him. Two months later I started dating him. She still doesn't know I lied to break them up. She was heartbroken for months. Now she's trying to move on and I'm with him. The guilt is terrible. I destroyed their relationship with lies because I was selfish. If she ever finds out she'll hate both of us.
