I have been emotionally cheating for years with my ex
I broke up with my ex 3 years ago but we never really stopped talking. We text every day, share secrets, and sometimes meet up. My current partner has no idea. I compare everything in my current relationship to my ex. My partner thinks we're happy and committed. I don't know how to stop talking to my ex even though I know it's wrong. This emotional affair is destroying my current relationship even if my partner doesn't know it yet. I'm living a lie every day.
